and mix men’s and women’s fits provided the fabric color and prints are the same.

We make our own T-shirts in our own factory, and yes its sweat free.

Yes we offer a 1 hour free design service for customers that have paid a deposit for a production order, all other design is charged at $30 per hour.

We require vector based Adobe Illustrator, PDF or EPS. We can accept JPGs for CMYK printing.

We would prefer you give us nice clear instructions with every single detail in an A4 PDF file. Most of our staff cannot read English so let’s try to make this simple.

We are a fixed price company. Everybody gets the same price and the same discount depending on the quantity they order. Unlike other garment producers in Bali we are a CV company that pays correct taxes and correct health insurance for our workers. We have 5 different licenses for our factory. Our building is following the correct building regulations of Indonesia. We have insurance for our building and your production in case of fire or earthquake.

In case of rejects, we will remove the rejects from the order. You will have the choice to buy the rejects at a discounted price or reject them totally. If the rejects are only a few garments, we will not replace the goods but will refund you. Unfortunately we cannot totally avoid rejects in every order and you need to be aware of this when ordering T-shirts. It’s advisable to order more than you need.

Yes you can however we will charge you $20 per screen for quantities less than 25 units. We will then deduct the set up fees from your production order provided you order in less than 6 weeks.

Yes we can. You will be charged $50 for developing the pattern and the prototype will be charged at 2 times our regular production price. For each size we will require a pattern which will be charged at $5 per size.

A common question but the answer is no. You will have to pay in full prior to us commencing a sample.

A 50% percent deposit must be made prior to production and the remainder before we dispatch the goods.

No our prices do not include delivery. We can provide TNT estimates if you require.

Yes we are a team. All of our workers are on above award wages and everybody has health insurance for themselves and their family if required. We have a very low turnover in staff. Easytees is a good company to work for.
